To enhance team cohesion and inspire employees' work enthusiasm, recently, the Transformer Core Factory organized a two-day team building activity for all employees, releasing vitality in the embrace of nature and gathering strength through collaborative interactions.

At the beginning of the activity, everyone set off on the journey with anticipation. In the carriage, Mr. Zhang from the Technical Department carefully prepared interesting questions, which ignited the enthusiasm. "What is the highest lamination accuracy of the toroidal core?" "0.02 millimeters!" The confident answers from the old employees made the newly recruited interns deeply feel the team's pursuit of professional excellence.

After arriving at the destination, a series of team building games with factory characteristics were splendidly staged. In the "Core Relay Race", everyone carefully passed table tennis balls with arc-shaped boards, and the tacit cooperation seemed to reproduce the precise assembly line collaboration in the workshop; in the "Silicon Steel Sheet Puzzle" challenge, the employees from the CNC workshop took the lead with their keen observation, fully demonstrating the excellent skills honed by team members in their posts.

The tug-of-war in the evening pushed the activity to a climax. Colleagues who usually perform their respective duties formed two teams, holding the rope tightly and working together, with cheers echoing one after another on the field. Regardless of winning or losing, everyone hugged and laughed, and the mixture of sweat and laughter formed the most touching scene, making the word "unity" deeply rooted in their hearts.

As night fell, the bonfire party began warmly. The factory director plucked the strings and sang classic old songs. He sighed, "The iron cores we make are the heart of the transformer, and every member is the core of the team. Only when we all think in the same direction and work together can we forge a more solid 'core'." Later, the loud factory song echoed in the mountains, full of love for the team and longing for the future.
