Material Selection

  • Stainless Steel (e.g., SUS301): It has good resilience, allowing a certain deformation space during assembly, which can effectively play a clamping role. It also has excellent rust resistance, and the surface looks bright when assembled with transformer cores and coils. Among them, SUS301 focuses on the stability and durability of resilience, making it suitable for transformer iron clamps.

  • SK7: A high-carbon steel synthesized by adding carbon, silicon, and manganese. It is used after quenching and hardening and has excellent wear resistance. Its hardness is low before stamping, with good forming plasticity, which ensures better dimensional control during stamping. After vacuum heat treatment (quenching and tempering), its hardness is controlled within an appropriate range to meet the clamping force requirements. Meanwhile, the surface is tinned to achieve solderability of pins and rust and oxidation resistance.

  • Phosphor Bronze (C5191): A synthetic material with copper, tin, and phosphorus as the main elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially high resistance to dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and fatty acids. It also has good elasticity, making it suitable for manufacturing various clips and spring clips. However, its material cost is relatively high, so it is generally used in high-end products or products with high requirements for performance stability.


Classification Methods

  • By Core Model: Such as RM series (RM4, RM5, RM6, etc.), ER series (ER9.5, 10, 14.5, etc.), UU series (UU9.8, 10.5, 15.7, etc.), EFD series (EFD15, 20, 25, etc.), ETD series (ETD29, 34, 39, etc.), EP series (EP7 mother-son clips, EP7, etc.), PQ series (PQ2620, 2625, 3230, etc.).

  • By Production Process: Mainly including stamping forming - cleaning - packaging and delivery (suitable for SUS301 stainless steel); stamping forming - heat treatment - surface tinning - packaging and delivery (suitable for SK7); stamping forming - surface tinning - packaging and delivery (suitable for C5191 phosphor bronze).
